The book analyzes the logical-philosophical problem that exists between logical formalisms and natural language, trying to answer the question of whether it is possible to formalize natural or common sense logic .It begins by presenting a characterization of natural logic, its first attempt at formalization by J. Piaget and R. GarcÃÂa, its limitations, the analysis of the epistemological obstacles that arise in his teaching, showing that these agree with certain results of the experimental psychology. The following chapters present the different formal systems created with the aim of expanding the field of classical logic to account for language domains not included in it. The text ends with a chapter of philosophical reflection on the meaning of logical constants and on the problem of why and how to teach logic.
